Calling all Children's book author's

Looking for new authors to share experiences with who enjoy writing children's books and poems.
I enjoy writing picture books for children. I haven't been published yet but hope to one day. I enjoy the interaction shared between the reader and the child. When you hold a child's attention. When they want you to read that book over and over again, that's what I want to do. It always helps to be a child at heart, to get down to a child's level and see what their interest are. I would enjoy hearing from anyone who feels they have something to share to help other new authors on there journey to writing children's books.
